Description
Kymera International’s Reading Alloys manufacturing plant produces a range of master alloys for use in many sectors, primarily the titanium industry. These master alloys are unique formulations of multiple elements, customized to the specific requirements of our customers. The multi-component master alloys include Ti-17, AlSnTi, AlMoVCrTi, AlCaMg, and AlFeP, among others. They are used in the production of titanium and specialty steel alloys. Kymera also produces binary master alloys like NiV, MoTi, and AlCu used in various industries.
The production process primarily involves an aluminothermic reaction, but some materials are made using a CIPP and sinter process. Our manufacturing facility is certified to ISO9001 and AS9100 standards, and the production process is highly controlled. The on-site analytical laboratory is NADCAP accredited, and all products are subject to multiple inspections and certified to meet chemistry and size specifications. We are able to produce other specialty products upon request.
