Research Triangle Park, NC, April 6, 2022 – Kymera International (“Kymera”), a global leading specialty materials company, announced today that it has closed its transaction with AmeriTi Manufacturing Company (“AmeriTi”), acquiring substantially all their 1assets. Headquartered in Detroit, Michigan, AmeriTi is a leading manufacturer of value-added ferrotitanium, titanium sponge, titanium powders, and specialty forms.

The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
