Kymera Officially Welcomes New GC & Chief Compliance Officer

Kymera is pleased to officially announce that T. David Singer has been named as General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer. David joined the Kymera family in May 2022 and came to us with a wealth of experience holding several senior legal leadership positions in the private and public sectors. David obtained his Juris Doctorate from Vermont Law School (VLS), one of the country’s leading environmental law programs. David has a strong background in M&A, regulatory international law, contracting and compliance.

In addition to his JD degree from VLS, David holds an MBA from The University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and a BA from Gettysburg College. We are excited to continue to see the impact David has on the future of Kymera International.
